YG Rookie BABYMONSTER Presents Performance To Steal the Public’s Heart
[JTBC=박상후 기자] BABYMONSTER unveiled their dance performance to the excitement of global fans who have been waiting for more of their performance.
On the 19th, YG Entertainment put up a video titled ‘BABYMONSTER-DANCE PERFORMANCE’ on their official social media. It was a dance video of RUKA, HARAM, ASA, RORA, AHYEON dancing a routine, and global attention was drawn to the video immediately as it portrayed not only the traditional YG-style hip movements but strong auras from the members.
The video was filmed in black and white, and the 5 members showed powerful yet dramatic performances on Young Money’s ‘Senile’. Not only were the movements dynamic, but they moved in perfect sync, while not forgetting to add their own interpretation and style to the choreography.
It was impressive how the girls didn’t use any extravagant stage setting or styling, and performed solely in the practice room. This was more than enough to show YG’s confidence on BABYMONSTER members and their skills.
BABYMONSTER is YG’s new girl group which comes in about 7 years since BLACKPINK. Detailed information such as how they’ll make their debut, total number of members, and their concept hasn’t been unveiled just yet.
Earlier, YG Entertainment had said, “BABYMONSTER are still trainees who haven’t made their official debut. We believe being acknowledged as an artist by the public has to come first.
