According to YG Entertainment on the 30th, the M/V for BLACKPINK’s ‘Ice Cream’ surpassed 800 million views on YouTube as of 2:15AM of this day. This feat comes in around 2 years and 3 months since it was released in August 2020.

As a result, BLACKPINK now has 9 videos which surpassed 800 million views out of their 37 video content which recorded hundreds of millions of views. Ahead of ‘Ice Cream’, BLACKPINK’s ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU (1.9 billion views)’, ‘Kill This Love (1.7 billion views)’, ‘BOOMBAYAH (1.5 billion views)’, ‘As If It’s Your Last (1.2 billion views)’, the M/V (1.1 billion views) and performance video for ‘How You Like That (1.2 billion views)’, and the M/V for JENNIE’s solo song ‘SOLO’, ‘WHISTLE’, and ‘PLAYING WITH FIRE’ had reached the same feat.
