According to YG Entertainment on November 16, BLACKPINK’s ‘Ice Cream’ MV surpassed 400M views on YouTube as of 2:06 PM.

It was in approximately 80 days since its release on YouTube. It is the third fastest record following BLACKPINK’s mega-hits ‘How You Like That’ and ‘Kill This Love’.

Furthermore, BLACKPINK became a group holding 10 videos with over 400M views on YouTube with the new record of ‘Ice Cream’. BLACKPINK already has unrivaled ratings among K-Pop girl groups and are widening the gap even further.

Along with ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ which is heading towards 1.4B views, ‘Kill This Love’ and ‘BOOMBAYAH’ have surpassed 1B views, solidifying BLACKPINK’s unrivaled presence.

BLACKPINK’s ‘Ice Cream’ is a song collaborated with Pop star Selena Gomez. The song is in Pop genre, has a simple rhythm and exciting sounds, and has grabbed the global fans’ hearts with BLACKPINK’s cute and fresh concept the group has tried for the first time.

‘Ice Cream’ topped the iTunes Worldwide chart as soon as it was released and was ranked at no. 3 on the US Billboard ‘Hot 100’, renewing the best K-Pop girl group record, as well as successfully charting in for 8 consecutive weeks.
