‘Kingdom’ iKON X BLACKPINK LISA’s Concert-Like Legendary Performance… Full of Charisma
[헤럴드POP=박서연 기자] iKON and BLACKPINK LISA has left a legendary performance with their unrivaled charisma. The mixture of LISA the ‘goddess’ and the performance full of swag, followed by the praise ‘YG indeed! iKON indeed!’, has thrilled the global music fans.
On Mnet’s ‘Kingdom: Legendary War’(hereby ‘Kingdom’) aired on the 20th, iKON presented their round 3, part 2 performance. The people were paying keen attention to the collaboration between iKON and LISA. Since the global fans have responded enthusiastically at the trailer clip, many people were highly anticipating their turn to perform.
iKON newly arranged ‘Pretty Savage’, BLACKPINK’s minimal and sensuous trap song, into their unique style. The song with changed lyrics even adding ambiguous meanings heard through English pronunciation was newly titled as ‘Classy Savage’. The fans were right to be looking forward to their performance. iKON’s relaxedness and confidence as they enjoyed their performance have grabbed the music fans’ hearts. They presented a concert-like performance with the complete harmony of vocals, rap, and dance performance.
JU-NE opened up their performance of ‘Classy Savage’. He made the viewers pay attention with his wild eyes and powerful voice. BOBBY also grabbed the people’s attention by rapping, ‘If you didn’t know us, yes we are DDU-DU DDU-DU MY TYPE / Talk about popularity, even your nephew knows our song’. JAY made the performance more exciting with witty lyrics, ‘We Some your heart Savage’, while iKON’s group dance with DK in the center was full of energy.
LISA then showed herself. While sitting in the throne, she showed off her elegant figure and performed BLACKPINK’s version of ‘Pretty Savage’. It definitely lived up to the expectations. LISA presented unrivaled charisma and surprised everyone with her groovy dance lines. Her aura filled up the stage without a single gap. It was literally unrivaled charisma.
