BOBBY of iKON Reveals ‘U MAD’ Special Video… A Gift for the Fans
[OSEN=선미경 기자] While BOBBY of iKON has put a halt on his solo album promotion activities, he consoled his fans’ frustrations by revealing a special video for the title track of his album, ‘U MAD’.
In the ‘U MAD’ special video uploaded on YG Entertainment’s official blog on the 14th, BOBBY made strong appearance to the fierce vehicle engine sound. He then presented joy as if the viewers were watching a live performance, through his amazing rap skills, free hand gestures, and his dominant charisma.
As the song reached its climax, BOBBY grabbed the viewers’ eyes and ears with his energetic vibes as he spit his fiery rap in the midst of crossing neon lights and numerous punching bags. His sophisticated styling consisted of a white leather jacket, pants, and glittering accessories also looked impressive.
The special video was created with BOBBY’s hopes to express his apologies and gratitude toward his fans. He has put a halt into all official promotion activities related to his second solo album [LUCKY MAN], which was originally scheduled until the end of February, in order to focus on iKON’s upcoming comeback and the group’s upcoming appearance on Mnet’s ‘Kingdom’.
BOBBY has shown his determination to the agency by stating, “iKON’s comeback on March is imminent, and I thought I should focus on practicing and preparing for our performances on Mnet’s ‘Kingdom’, which premieres on April 1. I want to join the other members working hard every day and present an amazing performance which will surprise everyone”.
In fact, iKON will begin shooting the MV for their new song this week. The people are looking forward to the new songs iKON will present, as they have released numerous hits including ‘MY TYPE’ and ‘LOVE SCENARIO’.
