JENNIE’s first solo track ‘SOLO’ is maintaining its no. 1 spot in music charts for 6 consecutive days, while the MV’s view count is continuing to rise at a rapid pace.
The MV for ‘SOLO’ revealed on the 12th has reached 50 million views in 4 days and 14 hours since its release today(17th), re-writing the fastest records previously held by other Korean female solo artists.
The choreography video for JENNIE’s ‘SOLO’ containing her charismatic moves also surpassed 5.7 million views in one day, setting records that are hard to believe it’s coming from her first solo release.
The catchy point moves of ‘SOLO’ is when she touches her shoulder with her forefinger on the chorus while singing, “I’m a shining SOLO”, and her circle drawing and spinning move performed with her forefinger.

The record had more meaning since she achieved the result among global Pop-stars including Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande.
JENNIE also appeared on ‘Michuri’ by SBS premiered on the 16th, revealing her variety senses once again with Yoo Jaesuk after her appearance on ‘Running Man’, staying active not only on stage performing, but also through variety programs.
