[OSEN=장진리 기자] The title song of WINNER’ MINO’s first official album will be ‘Fiancé’, written by MINO.
Today(16th) at 4 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded a poster including the name of the title song from MINO’s first official album ‘XX’, through YG LIFE.
MINO revealed his fiery eyes between his long forelocks in the poster, making the viewers pay keen attention. The sensuous and glamorous outfit added sophistication to MINO’s look, raising curiosities on the new concept MINO will present this time.
Through the title song ‘Fiancé’, MINO will present Hip-Hop with fresh vibes that may feel unexpected by the listeners. MINO participated in the writing and composing of the song himself, raising completion of the song to its max. FUTURE BOUNCE and TEXU participated in the composing and arrangement of the track.
‘Fiancé’ uses electric organs as its lead source and samples a Korean song from the 70s titled ‘Soyanggang Maid’, presenting Korean emotions and oriental vibes within the genre of Hip-Hop. The song’s chorus metaphorically expresses the longed-for woman as ‘Fiancé’ and ‘Bluebird’, completing a soft yet strong hook containing mournful emotions and sounds.
MINO revealed his fierce charms through his solo track ‘I’M HIM’ through WINNER’s debut album and won 2nd place on ‘Show Me The Money 4’, rapidly establishing himself as a professional rapper. He marked his strong presence through hit songs including ‘Fear’ and ‘Okey Dokey’.
He even perfectly presented music in ambient vibes through his first digital single ‘BODY’, released back in 2016. He also received positive reviews from music fans with his self-written track titled ‘TURN OFF THE LIGHT’, listed on WINNER’s 2nd official album released on April.
WINNER’s first official solo album ‘XX’, containing MINO’s musical caliber and various attempts on reinterpreting Hip-Hop, will be revealed on the 26th.
