iKON Successfully Completes Their First-Ever Tour in Australia… Leaves a Strong Impression on Melbourne Fans
[OSEN=이소담 기자] iKON’s first-ever tour in Australia has successfully ended.
On October 27, iKON held the ‘iKON 2018 CONTINUE TOUR IN MELBOURNE’ in ‘Festival Hall’ locatd in Melbourne, Australia, leaving a strong first impression on the local fans.
As the fans did in Sydney where iKON had their first-ever concert in Australia, the fans residing in Melbourne also gathered at the airport, while iKON responded to the local fans with their bright smiles.
iKON decorated their opening stage with songs ‘BLING BLING’ and ‘SINOSIJAK’, dominating the mood of the venue. The fans became one by singing-along to iKON’s hits including ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ and ‘MY TYPE’.
As known as ‘fan-lovers’, iKON continued to actively communicate with Australian fans.
The members shared their reviews on visiting famous sights located near Melbourne including ‘Yarra river’ and ‘Hosier Lane’, known for graffities filled in both sides of the outer walls betwwn a narrow alley.
They shared the behind story of spotting iKON’s official logo and YG’s celeb-bear ‘KRUNK’ holding a ‘KON bat (iKON’s official light sticks), while expressing their gratitude towards the support.
Member DK also presented meaningful memories for the fans by performing an acapella version of ‘See You Again’.
In the end, iKON raised the heat of the concert scene by performing ‘FREEDOM’ as an additional encore track, in addition to the prepared set list. They also threw iKON’s towels towards the audience seats as surprise gifts, making the fans go wild.
The fans responded with unsparing support towards iKON while holding the slogan, ‘See You Again’.
After winning 19 trophies in music broadcasts with songs ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, ‘KILLING ME’, and ‘GOODBYE ROAD’, iKON will hold their overseas tour concerts on 11/4 in Singapore, 11/11 in Manil, 11/18 in Jakarta, and on 11/25 in Hong Kong to meet the fans.
