SECHSKIES’s New Collaboration Single with TABLO is Titled “SAD SONG”
[스포츠조선닷컴=정유나 기자] SECHSKIES announced that they will be releasing a new album on April 28 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the group’s debut, and the title of the first song has been revealed.
The title of the song is “SAD SONG”, and it is composed and written by TABLO and YG’s producing team “FUTURE BOUNCE”. They have worked with SECHSKIES before on their recent single released to break their 16-year hiatus.
The title of the song seems to imply that it is a sad song, but actually it is completely the opposite. This is the first upbeat song since SECHSKIES joined YG. It is a fast-tempo rhythmical song that is about the group not wanting to do any more sad songs.
SECHSKIES is currently practicing the dance to perform on music shows. It is said that SECHSKIES members are making cute complaints to YG choreographers saying, “The song is not sad, but it’s hard physically, and that makes us sad.”
SECHSKIES will be releasing a new album titled “THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY” on April 28. The album will have two title songs, and the music videos for the title songs have all been completed.
Since this year is a meaningful year for SECHSKIES as it marks their 20th anniversary, YG has made various plans such as holding exhibitions, fan meetings, and large-scale concerts.
