WINNER at A-Awards, “Prize to Motivate Us”
[스타뉴스 안이슬 기자] WINNER commented about how they felt on being selected as the New Rising artist at the A-Awards.
Held in Gangnam’s Cheongdamdong on Dec 9, WINNER was at the 9th A-Awards and extended their gratitude for giving them “a very special award.”
WINNER, making a debut this year, spent a meaningful 2014 with their hit songs “EMPTY” and “DON’T FLIRT.” They took part in the awards ceremony for being chosen as the New Rising artist.
KANG SEUNG YOON commented, “Thank you for giving us this big award. We take this as a prize to motivate us to work harder. Thank you.”
A-Awards is co-hosted by a fashion magazine Arena Homme Plus and Mont Blanc Korea to award the best male players of the year. Awardees were actor Jung Woo Sung, Jeon Hyun Moo, WINNER, baseball player Oh Seung Hwan, architect Cho Jung Goo and designer Choi Cheol Yong.
