PSY’s comeback imminent: Films “DADDY” in Seoul & Busan
[OSEN=선미경 기자] PSY, with his comeback becoming more and more imminent, has been filming the music video of his new track “DADDY” from August 3 in Seoul and Busan.
Starting from August 3, he travelled from Seoul to Busan, and returned to Seoul again on the 7th to wrap up the process. It may require extra work later.
The filming is done in a certainly large scale. For 5 days PSY has filmed diverse scenes by moving from Seoul to Busan. It is said that he even did a group dance and avian scenes in Busan.
PSY will unveil his single “DADDY” immediately after he finishes filming. At an interview with Billboard in June, he commented, “I am coming back with a fun dance track ‘DADDY.’ It is an official single following ‘HANGOVER.’”
As his B-class videos “GANGNAM STYLE,” “GENTLEMAN” and “HANGOVER” hit the jackpot, all eyes are on the upcoming one.
His “GANGNAM STYLE” video hit 2 billion views on May 31, breaking the record on YouTube while “HANGOVER” was chosen as the “most viewed” K-Pop video in the first half of 2014.
Many are excited for his upcoming video as his M/V’s have become a powerful tool for PSY, apart from his actual tracks.
