On the 23rd, YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK will unveil their new song for the first time during the “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> IN GOYANG,” held on July 5 and 6 at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex.
Although details such as the release schedule, title, and concept remain under wraps, the new song has already sparked intense anticipation among global music fans. The hype only grew with YG EXECUTIVE PRODUCER YANG HYUN SUK’s official statement confirming the group’s impending comeback, along with news that a music video was recently filmed in Korea with a renowned overseas director.
A YG representative shared, “There were many discussions regarding how to unveil the new song, and we ultimately decided that the Goyang concert, the first stop of the ‘DEADLINE’ tour, where we reunite with fans, would be the most meaningful place to showcase it. Further details about the official release date will be announced soon.”
BLACKPINK has consistently shattered records with every release, leaving a monumental mark on K-pop history.
