2NE1 Sells Out Asia Tour, Seoul Encore Performance Up Next
[OSEN=선미경 기자] Group 2NE1 has successfully concluded their performance in Macao, gearing up for a grand finale of their 15th Anniversary Asia Tour in Seoul this April.
On the 22nd and 23rd of February, 2NE1 hosted the “2024-25 2NE1 ASIA TOUR [WELCOME BACK] IN MACAO” at The Venetian Arena in Macao. The excitement and interest from the fans were hotter than ever, as this was the last international schedule before the encore performance in Korea.
As “Come Back Home” signalled the arrival of 2NE1, the venue erupted in thunderous cheers. They opened with “Fire” and continued to enrapture the audience with a medley of hits like “Clap Your Hands”, “Can’t Nobody”, and “I Don’t Care”, turning the arena into a cauldron of frenzy.
Particularly, 2NE1 proved their worth as the original K-pop queens, dazzling the crowd with every thrilling performance imbued with 15 years of expertise and irreplaceable charisma. They effortlessly navigated the stage, engaging and interacting closely with the audience.
Without pause, 2NE1 powered through to the encore stage, pouring out their energy as the fans responded with fervent cheers and sing-alongs. The members shared their heartfelt sentiments: “Every moment spent with you as 2NE1 has been precious and joyful. Thank you for making this place shine today.”
To date, 2NE1 has sold out every venue on their tour in cities including Seoul, Manila, Jakarta, Kobe, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, and Ho Chi Minh. This trend continued in Macao, with all 18,000 seats sold out over two days, showcasing their exceptional ticket power and solid global stature.
Having completed 25 shows across 12 cities, 2NE1 is set to move to Seoul for the upcoming performances on April 12th and 13th. The ‘2025 2NE1 CONCERT [WELCOME BACK] ENCORE IN SEOUL’ at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Bangi-dong, is expected to bring their total audience count to an impressive 220,000.
