TREASURE Readies for March Comeback and Kickstarts North America and Japan Tour
[뉴스엔=황혜진 기자] K-pop group TREASURE has unveiled a new group photo ahead of their anticipated comeback. On February 24, YG Entertainment posted a visual photo of TREASURE’s special mini-album ‘PLEASURE’ on the official TREASURE channel. Like previous teaser content, the photo features the members exuding a warm ambiance that is sure to bring a pleasant smile to viewers.
Sporting casual outfits that highlight their individual personalities, TREASURE radiates a relaxed and natural charm. The lush green grass, brown tones of the setting, and the members’ refreshing smiles hint at the warm atmosphere and positive energy filled upcoming release.
TREASURE is set to make their comeback with ‘PLEASURE’ on March 7. The title track ‘YELLOW’ features an upbeat sound with an addictive chorus melody, exploring new perspectives on the colors of love through honest and straightforward lyrics. ASAHI, CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, and HARUTO have contributed to the lyrics, with ASAHI also participating in the composition.
The album, prepared as a token of gratitude for the love received over the years, promises to convey the members’ sincere affection towards their fans through its comeback promotions.
YG Entertainment has also teased the ‘My PLEASURE from TREASURE’ project, stating, “It will be an opportunity to share the joy and pleasure experienced with TREASURE, both online and offline.”
Beginning with the ‘SPECIAL MOMENT’ concert at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul on March 28, 29, and 30, TREASURE will then launch into a full-scale global fan concert tour. The tour will cover four cities in North America (New York, Washington DC, Oakland, Los Angeles) followed by four cities in Japan (Hyogo, Aichi, Fukuoka, Saitama), totaling 17 performances across nine cities, promising an engaging experience with fans worldwide.
