Psy leaving for NY says, “will take 2-3 wks for ‘Gentleman’ to go on the right track”
World star Psy told the media about his current state before he left for New York.
On April 25, Psy made his departure for New York at Incheon International Airport. He is to kick off his promotion for the latest video “Gentleman.”
He said, “I am going to do my best. ‘Gentleman’ is doing a lot better than I expected. Counting in the factors like timing, I didn’t think it would go this well. I am satisfied with the result.”
He added, “the viewers on YouTube is increasing continuously, but my ranks on iTunes is going down. So I am going to focus on television promotion and using other media to pull it up again. I am going to take a long breath and keep up with I am doing. I think ‘Gentleman’ will take about 2 to 3 weeks to go on the right track. I hope I can bring you good news.”
Psy has been preparing for his latest song ‘Gentleman,’ which was the follow up of the extremely viral predecessor ‘Gangnam Style’. He is ready to start another syndrome in the U.S. He told his fans, “thank you for being with me and I will do my very best to deliver you great news.”
Psy leaves for New York on April 25, and will continue on to Europe and other countries for his promotion of ‘Gentleman.’
