[OSEN=연휘선 기자] Boy group TREASURE’s new song will unveil itself through YouTube.

The special stage performance for ‘JIKJIN’ will be revealed for the first time at 12am of the 20th on YouTube. TREASURE’s first stage will not be unveiled through a music show, but YG’s self-produced performance stage. The performance of TREASURE will be unveiled by TREASURE and for TREASURE.

Their agency YG Entertainment said “What global fans look forward to the most is the first performance stage, as much as the music video. Our very own production system went in full swing to show a perfect stage, and we put in more time and production costs into it. We’re doing our best to show the best side of them to fans”.

YG had earlier tried to differentiate themselves from general music shows for BLACKPINK LISA’s solo activities by unveiling a self-produced performance video. Global fans raged over it, and the special performance video for ‘LALISA’ is currently recording 69 million views on YouTube.

Not only this, but LISA’s ‘MONEY’ EXCLUSIVE PERFORMANCE VIDEO exceeded a whopping 466 million views. Global fans are showing absolutely incredible reactions to this video, surpassing the views of LISA’s title song LALISA’s music video.

YG is contributing towards raising the status of K-POP to the next level by showing how their strategy and winning moves aimed at the global music market, going beyond the domestic market, are creating an explosive effect with its self-sustainability.

TREASURE’s first mini-album ‘THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE’ which was released on the 15th has so far sold more than 700,000 copies. Not only did the song top the iTunes chart in 30 different countries, but also reached the top of the Worldwide Chart, breaking their very own record in results.

The popularity of their song is also expanding. Their title-song ‘JIKJIN’ topped major charts in Japan such as Line Music TOP100, Rakuten Music, Apple Music, iTunes, AWA, and mu-mo.
