Pre-orders Open for ‘LALISA’ Special Photobook…LISA Chose the Images Herself
[OSEN=이승훈 기자] Pre-orders for BLACKPINK LISA’s first solo single album ‘LALISA’ Photobook Special Edition opened up from 11 a.m. on the 8th.
In LISA’s -LALISA- PHOTOBOOK [SPECIAL EDITION], fans can see LISA’s true feelings of wanting to pay back the love she received from fans all around the world who showed tremendous amount of support for her solo debut.
Out of the jacket photos and M/V behind photos which didn’t get listed on the album, LISA chose the images herself, and this got put into a 224 page photobook that is comprised of a Polaroid set and an accordion postcard set etc.
Also for the first number of buyers, a Tyvek Pouch that has the design of the album cover will be given out, along with 300 limited random Instax photo film where the image was actually printed on the camera film. As only a limited number of fans will be receiving these, it adds even more value.
The photobook in particular holds more meaning as it was produced using environmentally friendly materials except for a very small part of the photobook. The printing was done with paper that was certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and paper with low-carbon made with low-chlorine bleach pulp. Water-based coating was used as well. The Tybek pouch can also be re-used and fibers that don’t emit toxic chemicals to the soil when buried were used.
LISA -LALISA- PHOTOBOOK [SPECIAL EDITION] will be officially sold online and offline record stores nationwide including YG Select on the 10th of January, right after the pre-orders end.
Meanwhile LISA’s solo album ‘LALISA’ set new records as a K-POP female artist by selling approximately 800,000 copies. Her title song ‘LALISA’ took the 84th spot on U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Chart, and the album’s track song ‘MONEY’ took over the baton of popularity and rose back to fame by getting listed on major global music charts.
