iKON Reveals First ‘Kingdom’ Behind Clip… Practice Like It’s Real
[뉴스엔=김명미 기자] The first behind clip of iKON preparing for ‘Kingdom’ with passion and hard work has been revealed, exciting the global fans.
On June 7 at 12PM, YG Entertainment uploaded the Mnet ‘Kingdom: Legendary War’ [iKON-ON : ‘BEHIND THE KINGDOM’ EP.1] through iKON’s official YouTube channel.
It revealed iKON practicing ‘RHYTHM TA’ for their introductory performance at ‘Kingdom’, as well as the full-version choreography for their performance.
After gathering in the practice room, the six members danced to ‘RHYTHM TA’ and its beat while emitting passion in their faces. The viewers were able to feel iKON’s rising energy as they focused on each and every move.
The members continuously communicated with each other, heading to a better direction. They came up with opinions such as “Can we stand a bit wider?”, “We don’t have to rush”, and “Let’s catch the rhythm and give the stomping feeling with our bodies”, doing their best to complete a high-quality performance.
When they practiced the mashup part with YG Family’s hit song ‘Hip Hop Gentleman’, they emitted chic aura which matched the vibes of the song. iKON showed what ‘restrained glamour’ was, with their groovy moves and hand gestures.
iKON also revealed their mischievous charms. They practiced as if they were performing on an actual stage, but played jokes and humor with each other in the meantime, showing off their beagle-like mischievous charms which the fans love them for.
iKON is planning to present their ‘Kingdom’ behind clips one by one, starting with their latest clip. The unrevealed behind story of iKON while they worked hard for approximately 100 days practicing for ‘Kingdom’ is raising the fans’ anticipations.
