BLACKPINK Reveals 4 Individual Member Reactions on the ‘How You Like That’ MV
[동아닷컴=곽현수 기자] BLACKPINK members’ behind stories presenting their ‘real’ selves from the ‘How You Like That’ MV filming scene and the live broadcast scene at the date of their comeback have been revealed.
On July 11 at 9 AM, YG Entertainment uploaded episode 2 of ’24/365 with BLACKPINK’, the new reality content, through their official blog and BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel.
In the MV filming scene, JISOO said hi to the camera in a bright mood by stating, “Hello! BLINK”. JISOO introduced the set while communicating with the fans. When ROSÉ appeared with her newly transformed hairstyle, JISOO proudly stated, “I recommended the color silver. It looks really good on her”.
Then ROSÉ focusing on her individual filming was caught on camera. ROSÉ presented professionalism by doing her best and yelling, “One more time!”, herself. JENNIE also put in her passion though the filming continued until dawn.
JISOO transformed glamorously in her red outfit. ROSÉ supported her by monitoring herself without leaving the scene. LISA’s individual shooting was done in an exotic set, which reminded viewers of a scene from a movie. BLACKPINK members did a theatre of situation which they played tourists purchasing goods and market staff, making the viewers burst into laughter.
The episode also showed the group shooting, which filmed all members of BLACKPINK. They wore white outfits and played cute jokes in a set decorated like the South Pole. When the camera started running, they put the people in awe by presenting an amazing and powerful group dance. The following set was decorated like a Jungle, full of the heat of hot summer. As soon as the cameras began rolling, BLACKPINK presented their charismatic performance.
The behind scenes from the BLACKPINK Global Press Conference: [How You Like That], held last month on the 26th on the date of BLACKPINK’s comeback, were also revealed.
BLACKPINK seemed to be a bit nervous since it was an official event they’ve held in quite a while, but the four members cheered for each other to relax themselves. The group then got on stage while the entire world was watching and did the interview with concentration.
After the conference, they had a comeback countdown live broadcast online where they met BLINK(fans). The members could not hide their excitements and joy while communicating with the fans.
At 6 PM, when the song was released, the members gathered and focused while watching the ‘How You Like That’ MV. They sang along, encouraged, and praised each other without taking their eyes off the monitor. The members shared the fun memories they’ve had while shooting, and JISOO showed her affections on the MV by stating, “I want to watch it 50 times more”.
In the end of the episode, BLACKPINK members going on a picnic was previewed, raising the anticipation of fans. The lively and exciting picnic, their stories and tears regarding the group formation and debut which were never revealed to the public, and the tight friendship between the members have been previewed as well, raising expectations on the next episode of ’24/365 with BLACKPINK’.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is setting the first·best·biggest records through their pre-release single ‘How You Like That’ from their upcoming first official album, which is also heating up the global music industry.
