YG TREASURE Decorates Training Room With Dance Covers… BTS→ OHMYGIRL, ‘Perfectly Covered’
[OSEN=연휘선 기자] TREASURE revealed their variety of charms by covering performances of other idol groups perfectly.
Today(6th) at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded ‘A 3 Minute TREASURE-Dance Cover Episode’ through their official blog and TREASURE’s official YouTube channel.
The episode was shot during breaktime from TREASURE’s dance practice session. Members CHOI HYUN SUK, JIHOON, MASHIHO, and PARK JEONG WOO presented idol dance covers during the break, showing off their skills and talents regardless of music genre.
CHOI HYUN SUK and MASHIHO enlightened the mood by beginning with a boy group dance. They covered BTS’ ‘Spring Day’. They even expressed the sentimental emotions of the song, making the viewers smile.
They then continued with NCT 127’s ‘Hero’. CHOI HYUN SUK and MASHIHO grabbed the viewers’ attention in an instant on the strong beat with their sharp group moves. JIHOON and PARK JEONG WOO also led the mood by passionately cheering for them.
JIHOON and PARK JEONG WOO presented girl group dances. They began with ITZY’s ‘WANNABE’. They showed off their jolly moves with the shoulder dance syncing with the melody, and even perfectly presented the signature dance. CHOI HYUN SUK sang along to the song with a mic, which heated up the mood even more.
They then covered OHMYGIRL’s ‘Dolphin’. They even added TREASURE’s cute charms on top of the lovely dance.
The cover of Super M’s ‘Joppin’ decorated the finale, leaving a fierce and charismatic performance. The stage manners and dance skills dominated the mood despite it was only a session in the training room.
At the end of the clip, additional scenes were revealed to make the fans’ hearts flutter. It was the group cover of OHMYGIRL’s ‘Dolphin’ by CHOI HYUN SUK, JIHOON, MASHIO, and PARK JEONG WOO. After completing their performance full of cuteness, the eldest member CHOI HYUN SUK ran away as if he was too shy, making the viewers laugh. PARK JEONG WOO got into the mood while presenting his solo performance of ‘La Vie en Rose’, which received passionate responses by the other members.
While currently on their full-scale debut project, TREASURE is communicating with the global fans through various video contents including ‘A 3 Minute TREASURE’, ‘T-TALK’, ‘TREASURE MAP’, and ‘Fact Check’.
