‘Music Core’ BLACKPINK. No. 1 For 4 Consecutive Weeks… 11 Crowns on Music Broadcasts
[스타뉴스=윤성열 기자] Girl group BLACKPINK topped ‘Show! Music Core’ for 4 consecutive weeks.
On MBC’s music broadcast ‘Show! Music Core’ aired on the 14th, BLACKPINK won the no. 1 trophy with the title song ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ from their first mini album ‘SQUARE UP’ among other no. 1 contenders including groups Apink and Melomance.
By receiving the no. 1 title, BLACKPINK topped ‘Show! Music Core’ for 4 consecutive weeks, starting from last month on the 23rd. Furthermore, the group was placed at no. 1 on other music broadcasts including Mnet ‘M Countdown’, KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’, and SBS ‘Inkigayo’, winning a total of 11 crowns.
After receiving the no. 1 title, BLACKPINK thanked their YG’s representative producer YANG HYUN SUK, the staff from the agency, and the fans for their help and support.
