BLACKPINK Wins 5 Crowns with Their No.1 on ‘Music Core’… “Blink, We Thank You and Love You”
[서울경제=김다운 기자] BLACKPINK won a total of 5 crowns by topping ‘Music Core’ with the song ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’.
On MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ aired on the 29th, BLACKPINK won the no. 1 trophy with their title song ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’.
After the no. 1 announcement, JENNIE revealed her gratitude by stating, “We thank our president, YANG HYUN SUK” and also thanking their manager and staff from YG Entertainment.
She also added “Blink, we thank you and love you for making us be here. Mom and dad, I love you, and I would also like to thank the members”, displaying her affections towards her fans.
LISA expressed her gratitude towards the fans abroad in Thai.
Meanwhile, the title song ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ from BLACKPINK’s first mini album ‘SQUARE UP’ is a Hip-Hop track in a Trap rhythm which displays oriental percussion rhythm and whistle sounds on top, which creates a unique vibe.
