SECHSKIES Released Teaser Videos for Both of Their Title Songs, and “SMILE” is a Slow-beat Song
[마이데일리=김나라 기자] Both title tracks of SECHSKIES’s new album have been unveiled.
At 4 PM on September 20, YG Entertainment posted on its official blog a teaser video of “SMILE”, one of the title tracks in SECHSKIES’s new album.
The black-and-white teaser video features SECHSKIES members looking polished and sophisticated. The soft piano sounds and KANG SUNGHOON’s voice strike a beautiful harmony.
In addition, high-speed action scenes are synthesized into the video, making the video more impressive.
The “SMILE” teaser video is quite different from that of “SOMETHING SPECIAL”, which has been revealed earlier on. “SOMETHING SPECIAL” is an upbeat song with reggae and hip-hop elements. However, “SMILE” is a sad but restrained song that boasts SECHSKIES’s hidden vocal skills.
The two music videos are very different, which shows SECHSKIES are trying new things with their music and they have confidence in their change.
SECHSKIES’s fifth album, which will have nine new songs, will be released at 6 PM on September 21. An hour before the release, SECHSKIES will do a V Live show on Naver V App to communicate with their fans.
