[Official Announcement] SBS Confirmed, “BLACKPINK will appear on ‘Party People’ and start shooting on 31st”
[OSEN=박진영 기자] BLACKPINK will appear on “Party People”.
Sources at SBS told OSEN on July 23 that “BLACKPINK has said yes to appearing on ‘Party People’ recently. The shooting will take place on July 31. The other guest has not been decided yet.”
BLACKPINK is YG’s first girl group in nine years. Upon debut, it has been dubbed as monster rookie and topped all the charts. People are wondering what BLACKPINK and hit producer JYP will talk about and how will they perform together on the show.
“Party People” first aired on July 22, and it is the first show that mega-hit singer/producer JYP is emceeing alone in 25 years.
The first episode, of which Lee Hyori was the guest, posted an average 3.5 % and maximum 4.8 % viewers rating although it was aired late at night. It was the most watched show among shows in the same time slot.
