SECHSKIES’s “COUPLE” Chosen as the Most Loved Winter Song on The List
[TV리포트=김가영 기자] SECHSKIES is back. And, they proved that they are still idol stars.
The December 12 episode of tvN’s The List was about the best winter songs of all times.
Jung Eun-ji and Seo In-guk’s “All For You” ranked no.20. The song was originally Cool’s song, but was remade for the hit drama series Reply 1997. The remake version of the song swept the charts and awards.
The 19th place went to Byul’s “December 32”. The song is made by JYP. Byul’s sad voice is enough to move the hearts of the listeners. The 18th place went to DJ DOC’s “Winter Story”. The song could have become the debut song of the male-trio Goofy. It has been considered as one of the best winter songs for 20 years.
The 17th place went to Kang Susie’s “Winter Alone”. The song was used on Reply 1994 and became popular again. Infinite’s “Lately” took the no.16 spot.
Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” was no. 15. The song reentered the charts and was into a variety of versions.
Fin.K.L also has a popular winter song:”White”. The song took the no.14 spot. Jo Kwan Woo’s “Winter Story” ranked 13th place.
The 12th place went to Jellyfish Entertainment’s “Because It’s Christmas”, and the 11th place to Shinhwa’s “Prayer”. Shinhwa donated all the profits of the song to disabled children, making the song even more special.
The 10th place went to Lynden David Hall’s “All You Need Is Love”, and the 9th place to UN’s “A Whole Life”. The 8th place went to Kim Min Jong’s “White Missing”. Gummi’s “Snow Flower” took the no.7 spot.
“Let it go”, the original sound track of the widely loved animation movie Frozen, became no.6. Kim Yong-jun and Gain’s “Must Have Love” took the no.5 spot.
The 4th place went to Turbo. Turbo’s “White Love” reentered the charts after it was played on MBC’s Infinite Challenge. The 3rd place went to Mr.2’s “White Winter”. The song was remade by a host of singers.
The 2nd place went to “Snow Flower” by Park Hyo Shin, the role model of singers, and the first place went to SECHSKIES’s “COUPLE”.
