“Please call a replacement driver”… Is this the concept for iKON BOBBY’s solo song? “Rising curiosity”
[스포츠조선닷컴=정안지 기자] A teaser image that unveils a secret conversation between group iKON’s members has been unveiled.
On May 23, the teaser image was unveiled on YG’s official blog (www.yg-life.com). The image drew big attention with conversation between B.I, KOO JU-NE, KIM JINHWAN, and BOBBY. B.I initiates the conversation by saying, “Hey, are you crazy?” Then, JU-NE says, “BO~~~BBYㅠㅜ” and KIM JINHWAN says, “BOBBY’s been strange for some time”, to arouse big curiosity from fans.
Then, BOBBY puts up selfies in which he is smiling with his eyes, saying, “I’m all drunk. Please call a replacement driver~”, to make fans burst into laughter. The teaser also raises fans’ anticipation for a hint about iKON’s comeback or BOBBY’s solo release.
iKON has unveiled images of conversation on on-line messenger and selfies, as well as a message to virtual girlfriend, to announce team iKON’s comeback and the release of BOBBY’s solo song.
In the meantime, iKON has actively given performances since their debut in September last year. The team’s debut half-album “WELCOME BACK” as well as two concerts held in Korea recorded exceptional success. The team is also giving many overseas performances in their Japan and Asia tour. iKON’s concert in Chengdu, China, on May 14 and in Nanjing, China, on May 21 held as part of their Asia tour also achieved great success. iKON is continuing with tour Asia tour, holding a concert in Shenzhen on June 3 and in Shanghai on June 11.
