iKON appears in “INKIGAYO”… Unveiling performances of “DUMB&DUMBER” and “WHAT’S WRONG?”
[엑스포츠뉴스=한인구 기자] Rookie idol group iKON will appear in SBS “INKIGAYO” to be aired on January 3 next year.
According to iKON’s label YG Entertainment on the 31, iKON will appear in SBS “INKIGAYO”, to present performances of “DUMB&DUMBER” and “WHAT’S WRONG?” In SBS “Gayo Daejeon” aired on December 27, iKON unveiled the performances of “DUMB&DUMBER” and “WHAT’S WRONG?” for the first time, to present fancy spectacles and draw a big attention.
“DUMB&DUMBER” is a song whose motif came from movie “DUMB & DUMBER”, and it suggests listeners to play hard like dumbs. “WHAT’S WRONG?” is a song about a man who does not understand the heart of his girlfriend about small quarrels that take place between the two frequently.
iKON who is drawing big popularity with “MY TYPE”, “RHYTHM TA”, “APOLOGY”, and then with “DUMB&DUMBER” and “WHAT’S WRONG?” has consolidated their presence as the hottest rookie of the year 2015, by taking No.1 on music charts and TV music shows, as well as receiving the rookie of the year award from the 2015 Melon Music Awards and 2015 MAMA. Plus, iKON received the “best group” prize in “NETEASE ATTITUDE AWARDS” of NetEase (www.163.com), one of the biggest search engines in China, on the 30, to prove their big popularity in China.
Meanwhile, iKON will hold their second concert “iKONCERT 2016 SHOWTIME TOUR IN SEOUL” on January 30 and 31, 2016, at 6pm, at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in the Olympic Park, Seoul. The ticket sale for the concert will open on the 6 and 7 of January at 8pm on Auction Ticket. It is expected that the competition to get the tickets will be very fierce.
