Last Teaser Poster for iKON’s New Single “APOLOGY” Featuring SONG YUNHYEONG Is Released
[동아닷컴=홍세영 기자] iKON’s last teaser poster for their new single “APOLOGY” was released.
In the afternoon of November 14, YG Entertainment posted the last teaser poster for iKON’s new single “APOLOGY” on its official blog (www.yg-life.com).
In the poster, SONG YUNHYEONG is wearing a black jacket and a sad gaze. The poster also features a part of “APOLOGY” lyrics that describes a man having a hard time after a breakup: “Every night, I’m out with my friends. I’m out, all night”.
The lyrics of iKON’s new single “APOLOGY” were released along with the teaser posters. The lyrics express in detail the pains of a breakup, raising the expectations for iKON’s new single.
“APOLOGY” is a slow R&B song conveying the sad feelings of a man who is leaving his lover against his will. B.I and BOBBY participated in writing the lyrics, and YG’s top producers TEDDY and KUSH participated in making the song’s music and lyrics and also its arrangement.
B.I and BOBBY’s duet single “ANTHEM” will also be released as the subtitle song. Since “ANTHEM” is a powerful hiphop song and “APOLOGY” is a sweet and sad R&B song, they will be showing totally different sides of iKON.
Meanwhile, “ANTHEM” and “APOLOGY” will be released along with the MVs at 12 AM on November 16. iKON’s debut full album will be released on December 14.
