YG “WINNER” Makes Debut in Radio… in “Yoo In Na’s Raise the Volume”
[OSEN=이혜린 기자] YG Entertainment (YG)’s new boy band WINNER appears in “Yoo In Na’s Raise the Volume”.
Five members of Team A: Gang Seung Yoon, Song Min Ho, Kim Jin Woo, Lee Seung Hoon, and Nam Tae Hyun, who have become the winner of “WHO IS NEXT: WIN” (WIN), YG’s survival audition show, will appear in “Yoo In Na’s Raise the Volume”, KBS Radio 2FM’s show, which will be aired from 8:00pm on the 20 this month. This is WINNER’s first-ever appearance in a radio show.
WINNER has five members: Gang Seung Yoon, the leader who was one of the semi-finalists of Mnet’s “Super Star K2”; Lee Seung Hoon, a talented dancer who appeared in SBS “K-Pop Star 2”; Song Min Ho, a rapper armed with talent and capabilities; Kim Jin Woo, the eldest of the team, who is loved for the good look; and Nam Tae Hyun, the youngest member who is the most popular. All those five members are talented and unique artists who are capable of not only writing songs and lyrics, but also of producing and choreography.
They have competed with Team B (B.I, Kim Jin Hwan, Bobby, Song Yoon Hyung, Goo Jun Hoe, and Kim Dong Hyuk), who also had full potential, in three battles of “WIN” and won the competition by a narrow margin, to make debut as a team named “WINNER”.
Yoo In Na has witnessed every step of the birth of “WINNER”, as an MC for the final battle between Team A and B. Team A decided to appear in Yoo’s radio show, for the gratitude to her. The team will appear in “Invitation Corner” from 9:00pm, to talk about the behind story of the battles and what they feel about their expected debut.
“Yoo In Na’s Raise the Volume” is a radio show that has constantly been in the No.1 place in radio show ratings and she has been loved by fans, for her competent emceeing and lovely voice.
Meanwhile, WINNER will begin their stage experience by standing on the opening stage of BIGBANG’s six dome tour concert in Japan, which starts on the 16, to prepare for their debut in earnest.
