Debuted KANG SEUNG YOON looking relaxed on stage with powerful rocker voice
[OSEN=임영진 기자] YG’s newly debuted artist KANG SEUNG YOON successfully completed his very first performance with his powerful rocker voice, looking confident and relaxed.
On Mnet’s M Countdown, which was aired on August 8, KANG SEUNG YOON passionately sang his debut song ‘WILD AND YOUNG’. The rock-influenced song houses KANG SEUNG YOON’s raw and powerful voice. His rough voice dominated the stage, and his well-embellished gestures and facial expressions left the audience awe-struck.
KANG SEUNG YOON spared no effort to express the song fully not only through his powerful voice but also through his outfit and accessories. The stage was specially tailored for the rookie artists and his band as well.
KANG SEUNG YOON is an ex-contestant of Mnet’s Superstar K, who then joined YG Entertainment to be trained for 3 years. As a trainee he was cast as a character on MBC’s ‘High Kick! Revenge of the Short Legged’, but the latest performance was his first appearance as a proper singer.
His musical career as the rocker of next generation is already on the path of success as his debut single on July 16 ‘IT RAINS’ swept across 9 major music charts.
