“Music Show Winner” TREASURE Sends Snack Truck to YG Headquarters… Living Up to Their “Filial Idol” Reputation

On June 17, TREASURE sent a snack truck to YG’s new headquarters. The news became known through proof shots posted by employees on social media. To celebrate their recent music show win with “IF I,” the title track of their fourth mini album, TREASURE prepared a surprise snack truck gift for the company staff who had worked tirelessly with them day and night.
The event is said to have been planned by the TREASURE members themselves as a way to express their gratitude to the working-level staff who supported the new album behind the scenes. The snack truck and food that arrived on site drew attention with the witty phrase, “The sons of YG’s treasure house showing filial piety.”
YG employees also responded to TREASURE’s warm gesture by posting a series of proof shots on social media, showing the close and heartwarming chemistry between the group and the staff.
Previously, on the June 11 broadcast of Mnet’s “M Countdown,” TREASURE experienced the emotional moment of lifting a first-place trophy live on stage for the first time in six years since their debut. In particular, member SO JUNG HWAN, who is currently active as an MC on “M Countdown,” personally called out the members’ names and handed them the trophy, deeply moving fans.
At the time, TREASURE shared their emotional thoughts on site, saying, “Thank you, TREASURE MAKER, and thank you to Executive Producer YANG HYUN SUK for writing such an amazing song.” In a behind-the-scenes video, they also added, “We sincerely thank everyone on YG’s working-level staff,” once again remembering and taking care of the staff, which made the moment even more touching. By putting their verbal gratitude into action with a generous snack truck gift, they proved themselves to be true “filial idols.”

Building on this momentum, TREASURE will hold “TREASURE THE STAGE 2026 NEW WAV : LIVE IN SEOUL” for three days from June 19 to 21 at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul.
