Due to the sudden cancellation of the music program Inkigayo, 2NE1’s new song ‘FALLING IN LOVE’ will now be unveiled before their actual comeback performance takes place.

In the evening of July 7, 2NE1 was initially scheduled to unveil their song through a comeback performance before the release date, but due to Asiana’s plane crash at San Francisco’s international airport, SBS’s music program was cancelled. This brought some inevitable changes in 2NE1’s initial plans.

‘FALLING IN LOVE,’ a reggae comeback song of 2NE1, along with their music video, will be unveiled simultaneously on July 8 at 0a.m. through online music websites.

Despite Inkigayo’s cancellation of its live program, the show will be recorded on the scheduled date. The audience will be able to meet artists including Dynamic Duo, A Pink and My Name.

Thus 2NE1 will be performing on stage as scheduled, but no confirmation has been made on whether to air the recorded film later or not on TV.

‘FALLING IN LOVE’ is a new song in one year after ‘I LOVE YOU’, which was a trot style song. The new song, however, will be very different to that of last year’s, a completely new style with new choreographers from overseas. With the return of this song, 2NE1 will be seen a lot more frequently on TV and also meet with the fans more often.
