[OSEN=지민경 기자] BABYMONSTER is ready to soar higher than ever, signaling another leap forward with their upcoming second mini album [WE GO UP], following the successful completion of their debut world tour. With back-to-back teasers, tracklists, visual photos, and the stage experience they’ve accumulated on tour, anticipation among global fans is at an all-time high.

The group wrapped up their “2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS>” last month with a finale show at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, USA. Beginning in Seoul, the tour spanned 20 cities across North America, Japan, and Asia, with 32 shows in total, drawing approximately 300,000 fans.

For a rookie group in just their second year, filling arena-scale venues and commanding global stages only solidifies their reputation as true “monster rookies.” Their confident performances and seasoned stage presence have boosted fan loyalty, proving BABYMONSTER is ready to take the next big step.

Slated for release on October 10, the second mini album builds upon the group’s touring experience, promising a more evolved sound and energy. The title track, “WE GO UP”, features a hard-hitting hip-hop sound with lyrics that capture their determination to “soar even higher,” continuing their story of growth.

The album also includes tracks “PSYCHO,” “SUPA DUPA LUV,” and “WILD”, each exploring different genres. With the performance skills honed through their world tour, fans are eager to see how BABYMONSTER’s versatility will shine through.

The visual photos released ahead of their comeback highlight a bold and refined new styling, signaling a fresh transformation. Meanwhile, the tracklist, crafted by YG’s in-house producers alongside international collaborators who previously worked on [BABYMONS7ER] and [DRIP], promises high-level production aimed squarely at the global market.

With their proven stage dominance, ability to connect deeply with fans, and bold musical experimentation, all eyes are on BABYMONSTER’s next chapter. Steadily rising since their debut, they have already secured the title of YG’s next flagship girl group, and their upcoming comeback marks yet another leap forward on the global stage.
