TREASURE to Make Their First Appearance on Japan’s Renowned Music Show ‘Music Station’ on 29th
[스타뉴스=윤성열 기자] Boy group TREASURE is set to appear on Japan’s premier music show ‘Music Station’.
According to their agency YG Entertainment on the 22nd, TREASURE will be performing on TV Asahi’s ‘Music Station’ which will be aired live on the 29th. They are set to showcase the Japanese version of their title track ‘BONA BONA’ from their second full album ‘REBOOT’.
‘Music Station’ is a flagship music program in Japan that has been popular for 37 years. TREASURE’s appearance is their first since their official Japanese debut in March 2021. A variety of talks, including performances, are planned, raising anticipation among local fans.
TREASURE has seen a rapid rise in popularity in Japan. Their recently released second full album ‘REBOOT’ achieved quintuple crowns on major weekly album charts such as Oricon and Billboard Japan. Their title track ‘BONA BONA’ topped local music streaming site Line Music and various local charts. On the 25th, they are expected to fuel the excitement further with the release of the Japanese version of ‘BONA BONA’.
TREASURE is currently conducting a large-scale Japanese fan meeting tour spanning five cities and a total of 20 sessions. Starting in Fukuoka and moving to cities like Kobe and Yokohama, they have proven their immense popularity by selling out every seat. Following this, they will be heading to Aichi Prefecture’s Nagoya International Exhibition Hall on the 23rd and 24th, and then to Tokyo’s Ariake Arena on the 30th and October 1st. On November 12th, they will conclude their tour at Tokyo Dome, often referred to as the ‘stage of dreams’.
