TREASURE Sells All Tickets for 3-day Bangkok Concert…Bangkok Tour Full of Relaxation
[OSEN=지민경 기자] YG Entertainment’s mega group TREASURE has shared unforgettable memories with fans in Bangkok, the fourth city on their first Asia tour since debut.
On May 11, YG Entertainment posted the 12th episode of ‘TREASURE WORLD MAP’ on TREASURE’s official SNS. The video included behind-the-scenes footage of the Bangkok concert, which was held amid a fervent reception, and their travelogue filled with local sightseeing and food experiences.
The Bangkok performance was initially planned for one day, but thanks to the explosive support of local fans, two additional performances were added, resulting in a sell-out for three days. As it was the tour stop with the largest audience, the venue was filled with cheers for TREASURE even before the concert started.
TREASURE, who took to the stage for sound check, was continually amazed by the enthusiastic response of local fans. After warming up the atmosphere, they stated, “We stand on many stages, but each one is not taken for granted.” They pledged, “We will not take each precious stage for granted and will perform our best.”
TREASURE, living up to their reputation as ‘performance artists,’ heated up the venue with upgraded performances and overwhelming stage manners. They communicated closely with the local fans, sending affectionate messages in Thai, and even celebrated member HARUTO’s surprise birthday party.
After successfully finishing the concert, TREASURE spent time recharging by exploring various places in Thailand. They first tried on traditional Thai clothes and each completed their own unique styling, charmingly showcasing their quirks on an impromptu runway.
The highlight of this trip was the ‘Bangkok Bustaurant,’ a dining experience touring landmarks from inside a bus. The members, who enjoyed unique healing through exotic scenery and delicious food, expressed their feelings, saying, “It’s very meaningful to have many experiences that can only be done in Thailand.”
Meanwhile, TREASURE, who is currently on their first Asia tour since debut, spanning 12 shows in 8 cities, has successfully completed performances in Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, and Macau. They are scheduled to conclude the tour with a grand finale in Hong Kong on May 20.
