From Carols to Delivering Presents…TREASURE’s Heart-warming Christmas
[OSEN=지민경 기자] Ahead of Christmas, YG mega group TREASURE transformed themselves into special Santas, putting a big smile on global fans.
At 12:00 PM of the 23rd, YG Entertainment put up ‘TREASURE – Christmas Special SANTA COMPANY’ on their social media. It was a special clip put together by TREASURE despite their busy schedules amid their Arena tour in Japan, as it’s their 3rd Christmas they’re spending with TREASURE MAKERS.
TREASURE appeared in Santa outfits, and sang various carols under the theme of ‘X-mission’. CHOI HYUN SUK, JIHOON, and YOSHI sang ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ as part of their mission, but it was more than enough to show how stable their vocals are. ASAHI, who couldn’t contain his excitement ahead of Christmas, showed his fans how much fun he was having.
After warming themselves up, the boys got right into the game and lifted the atmosphere. The boys danced to WINNER’s ‘MILLIONS’, and global fans couldn’t help but put a smile on their faces watching their cute little dances.
They also had to carry out a mission where they had to deliver the presents without waking up the sleeping Rudolph. TREASURE members were full of determination and even came up with a sneaky plan, but reality hit them hard as soon as they started the game. HARUTO dropped all the things in his hands and SO JUNG HWAN made members laugh by putting on a silly mask on.
After clearing all their missions with determination, the members yelled out ‘We did it’ with excitement. They waved bye to their fans saying “Merry Christmas TREASURE MAKERS”.
Meanwhile, TREASURE is successfully carrying out their first Arena Tour in Japan. They recently wrapped up their Hokkaido concert, which sold out completely, and are now holding their concerts to Fukui, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Hyogo, Tokyo, and Saitama. They will head out to Kyosera Dome in Osaka on the 28th and 29th of January, performing for the first time at a dome.
