Dance Practice Video for BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’ Reaches 1.3 billilon Views
[연합뉴스=이태수 기자] YG Entertainment said on the 23rd that the dance practice video for girl-group BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’ reached 1.3 billion views.
The feat was reached at 7:30 AM of the 23rd. This comes in about 2 years and 7 months since it was released in July 2020, and is the first K-POP group to reach such a feat with a dance practice video.
‘How You Like That’ is a song that portrays the message to always soar high no matter what obstacle you face, and was chosen as the ‘Song of The Summer’ in the 2020 US MTV Video Music Awards, and took the first spot in the ‘Global Top Summer Song’ chosen by YouTube in the same year.
The song was a huge success on the global stage as well as it reached 33rd on U.S. Billboard’s main single chart ‘HOT 100’.
BLACKPINK now has a 4 videos that reached 1.3 billion views out of the 37 clips that have more than hundreds of millions of views.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently on the biggest world-tour as a K-Pop girl group holding 1.5 million audiences. They are touring 14 cities in North America and Europe, and plans on meeting with fans in Asia and Oceania from next year.
