JIKJIN Towards You..YG Unveils TREASURE JUNKYU·MASHIHO·YOON JAE HYUK·SO JUNG HWAN’s Visual Film and Parts of the Melody
[OSEN=이승훈 기자] Part of the melody for TREASURE’s new album title song ‘JIKJIN’ got unveiled garnering explosive responses from fans all around the world.
YG had previously unveiled the main 12 verses of the song, so their unconventional promotion heated up the atmosphere even more ahead of TREASURE’s straight forward comeback.
YG Entertainment unveiled JUNKYU·MASHIHO·YOON JAE HYUK·SO JUNG HWAN’s visual film one by one on the 30th on their official blog which portrayed their different yet strong characteristics.
Even though it was a short video of around 10 seconds, it contained the strong sounds of TREASURE’s title song ‘JIKJIN’. The clip raised even more expectations as the verse ‘You’re the one I’ve been waiting for, the more I look, the more beautiful you are’ was completed with TREASURE’s strong vocals.
Regarding their title song ‘JIKJIN’, YG had previous said “The song highlights TREASURE’s energetic charms sending a message of going straight forward (JIKJIN) without being caught up in any rules. Please look forward to the teasing contents we’ll soon unveil”.
Meanwhile, TREASURE’s new album ‘THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE’ will be released on the 15th of February. The upcoming mini-album which is currently under pre-sales have reached more than 600,000 copies in just about 8 days, signaling the best performance by the group so far. Considering how there was still about a month left until the physical album release date when the first tally was counted, it is expected that the total number of orders will increase further more.
