YG TREASURE, Way to Becoming the Selfie Masters
[뉴스엔=박아름 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE challenged on becoming the selfie masters.
On July 8 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment revealed ‘A 3 Minute TREASURE-Selfie Episode’ on their official blog and TREASURE’s official YouTube channel.
Members JUNKYU, YOON JAE HYUK, and ASAHI gathered in the training room. YOON JAE HYUK, the official selfie maestro of TREASURE, decided to pass on his know-hows for JUNKYU and ASAHI, who usually don’t take selfies very often.
JUNKYU and ASAHI shyly took selfies as usual, for a test. YOON JAE HYUK advised them to raise the angle and put their face in the middle of the screen after seeing the selfies with his eagle eyes, which put them in awe.
JUNKYU then showed passion that he wanted to challenge the ‘legendary selfie’ by YOON JAE HYUK shot with banana flavored milk, which was uploaded on TREASURE’s official social media account.
JUNKYU made his first attempt and made the people laugh with his stiff right arm, as if he was nervous. But he was able to take a perfect photo with a cheerful mood after receiving YOON JAE HYUK’s coaching, which raised his confidence. ASAHI also took an amazing selfie while sitting chic, with his signature eyes and amazing visuals.
After the selfie class, JUNKYU stated “I think I’ll take a lot of selfies from now on”, in satisfaction. ASAHI also stated, “I’ll try to take more selfies since I learned how to take them well”.
YOON JAE HYUK added, “It not for us, it’s for the TREASURE Makers(fandom), so we should work harder”, ending the episode with a heartwarming mood.
TREASURE is a 12-member boy group composed of members CHOI HYUN SUK·JIHOON·YOSHI·JUNKYU·MASHIHO·YOON JAE HYUK·ASAHI·BANG YE DAM·DOYOUNG·HARUTO·PARK JEONG WOO·SO JUNG HWAN. While they are about to make debut this summer, the group is receiving the attention of global music fans as YG’s next generation boy group that will follow BIGBANG, WINNER, and iKON.
