YG TREASURE Makes Straight-forward JIKJIN Confessions
[스포츠경향=김하영 기자] Global fans’ hearts are pounding day by day with YG group TREASURE’s ‘JIKJIN’ confessions.
YG Entertainment unveiled the LYRIC POSTERs of BANG YE DAM·ASAHI·HARUTO·YOSHI on their official blog on the 28th.
The vivid-tone poster made members’ charms stand out even more. BANG YE DAM’s deep emotional eyes, ASAHI’s soft charisma, Haruto’s chic charms, and YOSHI’s confident vibes made everyone fall into the poster.
Along with the poster image, the lyrics of their title song ‘JIKJIN’ got unveiled too, catching the eye-sight of fans. Parts of the lyrics such as ‘You’re the one, I’ve been waiting’, ‘JIKJIN to you’, ‘JIKJIN to you crazy in love’ ‘You’re already the answer’ showed how straight-forward yet simple the lyrics. The parts that were unveiled through the poster were much bolder than the ones unveiled the previous day. The lyrics hinted on JIKJIN’s strong sounds with variations.
YG had previously said “The public will be able to see TREASURE full of determination of wanting to JIKJIN (go straight forward) towards their values. Please look forward to their strong performance and M/V, which will live up to their determination”.
Meanwhile, TREASURE’s new album ‘THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER ONE’ will be released on the 15th of February. The upcoming mini-album which is currently under pre-sales have reached more than 600,000 copies in just about 8 days, signaling the best performance by the group so far. Considering how there was still about a month left until the physical album release date when the first tally was counted, it is expected that the total number of orders will increase further more.
