TREASURE Global Fans Heated Up by YG TREASURE’s New Song Melody Spoiler
[OSEN=지민경 기자] YG mega group TREASURE unveiled parts of the melody and lyrics of their new song on the track-list, heating up their comeback atmosphere.
YG Entertainment uploaded concept films of MASHIHO, YOON JAE HYUK, ASAHI, and BANG YE DAM on their official blog on the 22nd which portrayed their distinctive characteristics and matured visuals.
MASHIHO who appeared by slightly tilting his head showed off a chic yet comfortable atmosphere. ASAHI took over the hearts of TREASURE MAKERs by looking straight at the camera with his deep eyes, and YOON JAE HYUK wowed the viewers with his strong charisma. BANG YE DAM’s presence exploded with his deep, sorrowful vibes.
Even more attention was drawn to this concept film as a different kind of sound was put in the background compared to the sounds of the new song unveiled before. It had a mysterious yet melodies with tension, taking over the ears of viewers. The lyrics of ‘My heart is with you wherever you go’ was expressed with TREASURE’s deep vocals left a strong impression to listeners.
Although the title’s song or exact information hasn’t been unveiled just yet, members’ energetic aura went along well with the trendy easy-listening pop genre, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans around the world.
Even after listening to a short part of the melody, fans responded with responses such as “It’s addictive” “It runs through my ears even though it’s just a bar” “My heart is running fast” “It has a different vibe to the songs that have been released so far”, showing their expectations on the new tracklist.
TREASURE will be releasing ‘THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE’ on the 15th of February. Fans’ anticipation is rising as even more activities are expected than before as more songs are contained in the album. YG had previously said “Please look forward to TREASURE’s ‘seconds step’ that will take over the year”.
Meanwhile, pre-sale figures for TREASURE’s first mini-album already exceeded 600,000, hinting on a group record. Considering that there’s only one month left until the physical album gets released, the final pre-order figure is expected to rise even further.
