LISA Tops Global YouTube Song·M/V Charts With Her Solo Song ‘LALISA’
[뉴스1=안태현 기자] BLACKPINK LISA’s first solo song topped the Global YouTube Song Chart in the first week of its release.
According to YouTube’s recent chart (counted from September 10th 2021 to September 16th 2021) LISA’s title song ‘LALISA’ topped the Global YouTube Song Top 100 chart. The most viewed music video in the world over the past week was also ‘LALISA’.
The song ‘LALISA’ which was released on the 10th topped the iTunes Top Song Chart in a total of 72 countries immediately after release, garnering great popularity. It also reached 15th on Spotify’s global chart and entered England’s Officials Singles Chart Top 100 ON 68th, showing her presence in the mainstream pop market.
LISA is breaking various records as a K-POP female artist. The music video for the title song ‘LALISA’ reached 73.6 million views within 24 hours on YouTube, breaking the world record among solo artists. It then surpassed 100 million views in two days, breaking the record to reach such a feat in the shortest amount of time among K-POP solo artists.
The initial sale figures for the ‘LALISA’ album is also high. The initial records released by the Hanteo Chart on the 17th totaled 736,221. This figure is higher than BLACKPINK’s “The Album” which recorded approximately 680,000 copies on Hanteo Chart. It is estimated that the figure will easily exceed 800,000 copies when taking into consideration overseas sales as well. Attention is now being drawn to whether her album will be able to reach 1,000,000 accumulative copies in the coming days.
Meanwhile ‘LALISA’ is a hip-hop genre song where charismatic brass riff and dynamic rhythm creates perfect harmony, resembling a siren. LISA will be appearing on SBS ‘Inkigayo’ on the 19th and stage her very first music show performance.
