YG TREASURE’s ‘TRUZ’ Dolls Sold Out in 1 Minute… Short in Supply Due to High Demand

[OSEN=지민경 기자] The ‘TRUZ’ dolls released by YG’s rookie group TREASURE are short in supply due to high demand.

According to YG Entertainment, the 12 different standing dolls of character ‘TRUZ’, created by TREASURE and global creative studio LINE FRIENDS, have been released last month on the 29th.

All 12 kinds have been sold in medium and jumbo sizes, while they have been sold out in 1 minute after being released through the LINE FRIENDS official smart store in Korea. All categories have also been sold out in less than an hour on the LINE FRIENDS Collection, which is a global online select store available in 18 different countries of Asia, North America, and South America.

It is an amazing result for a rookie group who has made debut only 8 months ago. Being sold out in such fast speed shows the global fandom’s explosive interest towards TREASURE, which makes a valid point.

TREASURE has been running ‘TREASURE STUDIO’ along with LINE FRIENDS. It was an IP(Intellectual Property) development project to create new characters with TREASURE’s unique traits and character. The members of TREASURE applied the leveling up game concept along with LINE FRIENDS and communicated with the global fans in the production process, creating the looks, personality, and stories of each character, which brought out enthusiastic responses.
