TREASURE Reveals Life in YG’s New Headquarters… Pool Table·Table Tennis Room·Pho Restaurant
[엑스포츠뉴스=최희재 기자] TREASURE revealed their life in YG’s new headquarters.
On April 2, episode 40 of ‘TREASURE MAP’ season 2 was uploaded on YG Entertainment’s official blog. The video showed TREASURE shooting a family photo and the group spending a day in YG’s new headquarters.
The members of TREASURE greeted the camera with bright smiles while wearing a white shirt and jeans. The place where they gathered was the self-photo studio, known as the ‘holy ground among insiders’. With ASAHI’s spontaneous offer, the members challenged on making a ‘human tower’ and successfully took a so-called ‘Tramid’ life photo.
The members then headed to YG’s new headquarters and began shooting their ‘T-log’, covering their daily lives. JIHOON and JUNKYU revealed their ‘funny yet pathetic’ pool skills, which became a heated topic on social media. YOON JAE HYUK, ASAHI, HARUTO, and PARK JEONG WOO played table tennis in the designating room, presenting an interesting scene by playing peacefully but also provocatively.
The members also had time to practice individually. YOON JAE HYUK practiced his dance and vocals after playing table tennis, DOYOUNG sang songs by artists from in and out of Korea, while JUNKYU, JIHOON, and YOSHI joined him and presented a joyful dance performance.
The members of TREASURE then presented a mukbang in a pho restaurant within YG’s new headquarters. JUNKYU, the ‘food know-all’, shared two tips on how to enjoy eating pho, fascinating the other members with his tips. After having delicious lunch, the members had time to practice jiu jitsu with trainer Hwang. Beginning with their stretch, the members sincerely played each other in full-sparring mode, as if they were actually competing in a match. JIHOON’s sparring partner was trainer Hwang, which presented a competitive game which reminded the viewers of an actual UFC match.
At the end of the clip, CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, ASAHI, and HARUTO were spotted decorating their new studio. CHOI HYUN SUK teased a song he’s worked with ASAHI on to celebrate the presentation of his new studio, making the viewers look forward to the full version of the song.
Meanwhile, TREASURE has released their first Japanese debut album ‘THE FIRST STEP : TREASURE EFFECT’ on March 31. The album has topped Japan Oricon’s Daily Albums Chart for 2 consecutive days after its release.
