BLACKPINK LISA to Appear on Chinese Survival Program ‘Qing Chun You Ni’ Season 3 as Mentor
[뉴스엔=황혜진 기자] LISA of group BLACKPINK has confirmed her appearance on the survival program ‘Qing Chun You Ni’ Season 3 by iQIYI, the famous Chinese online platform.
On January 7, a post was made on the ‘Qing Chun You Ni’ official social media account asking, “We can watch our dance mentor LISA perform in 2021. Are you ready to dance with her?”.
After making debut as the lead rapper and main dancer of BLACKPINK back in 2016, LISA has made numerous hits including ‘WHISTLE’, ‘BOOMBAYAH’, ‘STAY’, ‘AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST’, ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’, and ‘Kill This Love’ along with JENNIE, ROSÉ, and LISA, dominating music charts in and out of Korea.
The group has also established dominant status in the global music industry through active releases and promotional activities last year. Starting with the collaborative single ‘Sour Candy’ with Pop star Lady Gaga on May, the group has set the best K-Pop girl group records on major global music charts including the US Billboard through ‘How You Like That’ released on June, their single ‘Ice Cream’ featuring Pop star Selena Gomez on August, and their official debut album ‘THE ALBUM’ released on October.
LISA is currently preparing for her solo single release and MV shooting.
