‘Solo Debut’ AKMU LEE SUHYUN Reveals ‘ALIEN’ MV Teaser… Surprise Spoiler ‘Gathers Attention’
[엑스포츠뉴스=최희재 기자] The MV teaser for AKMU LEE SUHYUN’s first solo single ‘ALIEN’ was revealed.
On October 14, YG Entertainment uploaded the MV teaser for LEE SUHYUN’s ‘ALIEN’ through their official blog. Animation was added to real video shots, which looked interesting.
The MV teaser began with LEE SUHYUN making a significant facial expression while looking at an alien trophy. The clues on ‘ALIEN’ located here and there along with LEE SUHYUN riding a motorcycle with her fluttering pink hair reminded the viewers of a space hero, raising curiosities on the full version MV.
LEE SUHYUN’s performance of ‘ALIEN’ was also impressive. She was expressed as a character one would see from an SF comic book, presenting odd vibes. In the end, she posed with dancers dressed as aliens, noticing her upcoming glamorous performances.
‘ALIEN’ is LEE SUHYUN’s first official solo single being released in 6 years since she has made debut. LEE CHAN HYUK of AKMU was not only credited as the writer and composer of the song but also took the role as the main producer, making the people look forward to the birth of another masterpiece.
On the 13th, part of the lyrics and track of ‘ALIEN’ were revealed, raising the people’s anticipation. The short yet impactful lyrics which went, ‘If whoever asks me who I am / I’m an ALIEN that will redeem this confounded earth’ along with the exciting and mystic sounds along with LEE SUHYUN’s high pitch hinted that she will make a dramatic transformation as a solo artist, differentiated from what she has presented through AKMU.
