YG TREASAURE Reveals New Album Track List… Hip Hop→School Uniforms, Fresh Charms UP
[OSEN=지민경 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed the track list of their second single album’ THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’.
According to YG Entertainment on September 11, TREASURE’s upcoming single album will include two songs, the title song ‘I LOVE YOU’ and ‘B.L.T (BLING LIKE THIS)’.
CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, and HARUTO have participated on the rap making of both tracks themselves and were credited as lyricists. It is an opportunity to see their growth in musical capabilities once more, following their participation on their debut album.
The song ‘B.L.T (BLING LIKE THIS)’ also has a great lineup. Q and TRNC worked on the overall production of ‘B.L.T’, while Kim Dongjoon worked on the lyrics along with the rappers of TREASURE, CHOI HYUN SUK·YOSHI·HARUTO.
TREASURE’s active affections toward the fans are expected. In fact, the members of TREASURE made the fans’ hearts flutter with their bright smiles and ‘hand hearts’ in the track list poster revealed today.
The red heart shapes marked on the members’ left chests created harmony with their pure and fresh charms, raising anticipation on the concept of their upcoming single.
TREASURE has been implying the hidden message of their upcoming title song by utilizing objects with heart images and phrases indicating love through their teaser posters and concept videos.
Receiving attention as a major group targeting the global market, TREASURE made debut on August 7 with the support and positive reviews by numerous music fans.
The title song ‘BOY’ from their first single album topped iTunes Top Song charts in 19 different countries, topped the Daily chart of Line Music, which is Japan’s biggest music platform, and even topped China’s QQ Music Top Rising chart.
After confirming their fast comeback in approximately a month, TREASURE will continue their global popularity storm by releasing their second single album, ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’, on September 18.
The physical copies including two songs and the instrumental versions will become available on September 22 through nationwide retailers online and offline, including YG SELECT.
