BLACKPINK’s New Reality Show ‘24/365’ Premieres on July 4
[매일경제 스타투데이=이다겸 기자] Group BLACKPINK’s new exclusive reality show ‘24/365 with BLACKPINK’ has confirmed its first episode premiere date to July 4.
On July 1 at 9 AM, YG Entertainment uploaded the ‘24/365 with BLACKPINK’ teaser poster through their official blog and BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel.
The revealed poster showed the phrases ‘First Episode’ ‘July 4th, Saturday’ ‘EVERY Saturday at 9am’ which informed the release schedules of ’24/365 with BLACKPINK’, which excited the fans who have been waiting for the show. In addition, the members of BLACKPINK sitting on a swing chair in a friendly mood while staring at the camera raised anticipation on the upcoming reality show.
YG has revealed the prologue of ‘24/365 with BLACKPINK’ last month on the 16th, which brought out explosive responses from BLINK(fandom name) all over the world. The fans have participated in naming the title of the show, which noticed a two-way communication. ’24/365 with BLACKPINK’ will present BLACKPINK’s daily lives and their real aspects outside the stage which have not been presented through TV shows before.
The first episode, being released on the 4th, will show LISA’s ‘Qing Chun You Ni 2’ filming behind story, JENNIE going on personal shopping after a fashion event and receiving dance classes, in addition to JISOO and ROSÉ’s hobby life of experiencing a workshop.
’24/365 with BLACKPINK’ is BLACKPINK’s exclusive reality content being presented by YG. The members have let go of their mysticism through their first reality show ‘BLACKPINK HOUSE’ back in 2018 and received love by revealing their friendly daily lives. The show was popular not only in Asia, but also in Latin America and Europe, proving the group’s global popularity. The show is racking up views even after the series ended, which led to over 400M accumulated views, which is unprecedented for an idol reality show.
