YG Begins TREASURE Project… Profiles of CHOI HYUN SUK·JIHOON·YOSHI·JUNKYU Revealed
[일간스포츠=황지영 기자] YG Entertainment began the debut project of 12-member rookie group TREASURE in full-scale.
On January 8 at 12PM, YG revealed images of CHOI HUUN SUK, JIHOON, YOSHI, and JUNKYU with the title, ‘TREASURE EDITORIAL vol.1’. The 4 members presented through photos showed off their superb visuals through unique fashion styles and styling, using a hideout place as the background which gave the viewers the healthy energy and freedom of teenage boys.
CHOI HYUN SUK is the eldest member with shining leadership and is known as a mood maker who leads his teammates. He not only has capabilities as a choreographer, but also has aura that allows him to dominate the stage with his fluent rap skills.
JIHOON is a talented individual who can perform powerful high notes and has great dance skills. He has grown to become a multiplayer who does his best in any occasion. He is spotlighted as a well-rounded character who will also reveal his joyous side and senses through variety programs.
YOSHI has the feeling of being the ‘standard of handsome’ with his fancy looks and unrivaled physique. He will grab the female fans’ hearts with his charismatic rap on stage in addition to his cute and ‘sweet’ charms during his daily lives.
JUNKYU, who will add abundancy to TREASURE’s vocal lines with his unique tone, has both innocence and clumsiness. His future as an artist is highly anticipated with his unique vocals and potential in music producing.
TREASURE was born through the popular program ‘YG TREASURE BOX’, broadcasted through JTBC2 and VLIVE last year. YG has previously announced, “New contents of TREASURE will start being presented, beginning on January” and also noted, “We will put in our best efforts to support TREASURE’s successful debut and active music activities”.
