WINNER Gets Moved by the Blue Waves of Jakarta Fans During Their Asia Tour, “Will Never Forget This Feeling”
[OSEN=강서정 기자] WINNER was touched by the blue waves in Jakarta, Indonesia during their Asia tour. WINNER responded with the best performances as always, while the local fans had their thumbs up.
On December 21(local time), WINNER held the ‘WINNER [CROSS] TOUR IN JAKARTA’ in Tennis Indoor Senayan located in Jakarta, Indonesia with success.
The concert composed of 150 minutes heated the fans with eye-catching and robust composition. The fans were able to realize that the WINNER’s tour which started in Seoul and continued to Taipei and Jakarta, was getting heated up day by day.
◇ Revisits Jakarta in 1 Year… A Heated Response
WINNER visited the same concert venue in approximately a year after their ‘EVERYWHERE’ tour held in 2018, making the local fans excited.
WINNER was still popular. The fan signing event that was held a day prior to the concert was filled with fans welcoming WINNER. The fans gathered even during the sound check event that was held prior to the actual concert, heating up the mood by ‘singing along’ to WINNER.
WINNER smiled brightly throughout the entire time and eye-contacted with each fan, making them feel fluttered.
◇ From Hit-medley to Individual Performances… A Setlist of Abundance
After beginning the concert with ‘EVERYDAY’, WINNER raised the fans’ excitement with a hit-medley of ‘LOVE ME LOVE ME’, ‘REALLY REALLY’, and ‘AH YEAH’. The fans responded by roaring loud as they could, while WINNER’s vocals filled up the arena with abundance.
Furthermore, WINNER revealed their explosive vocals by performing their latest songs from their 3rd mini album ‘CROSS’ released back in October, including ‘SOSO’, ‘DRESS UP’, and ‘DON’T BE SHY’.
The members also presented their diverse musical world through individual performances which made their own characters and capabilities stand out. During WINNER’s concert full of sightseeing and music, the fans reenacted the blue waves from last year by waving blue lighting sticks.
◇ WINNER’s Surprise Christmas Gift+Fan Slogan Event, ‘Heart Touching’
WINNER prepared special costumes for Christmas and transformed into Rudolf, Elsa, Santa, and Olaf. The fans became even more excited, thanks to WINNER’s surprise Christmas gift.
During the encore performances, the audience held a slogan that read, ‘We’re lucky that our road and WINNER CROSS, allowing us to become INNER CIRCLE’. The members were touched by the event.
After thanking the fans by stating “Thank you for being with us in a historical moment”, YOON mentioned ‘Nashi goreng’, which is an Indonesian cuisine, to connect with the local fans.
MINO expressed his gratitude by stating, “It’s good to be back in Jakarta” and added, “Each one of INNER CIRCLE gives me strength, I feel proud and grateful for all of you”.
JINU shared his affections towards the fans by stating, “Thank you INNER CIRCLE, for believing and looking after us”, while HOONY shared his overwhelming thoughts by stating, “I’ll never forget this moment that we’re connecting with you at this time”.
WINNER will continue their tour in Macau on 12/28 and 12/29, in Bangkok next year on 1/11 and 1/12, in Kuala Lumpur on 1/18, in Manila on 1/25, in Ho Chi Minh on 2/1, and in Singapore on 2/8.
